How to Use 2K Acrylic Lacquer
The mixing ratio of 2k acrylic lacquer is 4:1:1. It is touch dry in approximately 40 – 60 minutes; handleable within four – six hours; hard dry in 12 Hours and is completely cured in seven days.
The coverage is approximately 13 – 14 metres squared per litre based on a dry film thickness of 50 microns, depending on application method and substrate.
Be aware that 2K Acrylic once mixed contains isocyanate meaning the correct RPE must be used.

Yes, 2K acrylic lacquer is clear. It is a solvent-based varnish composed of two components: acrylic resin and isocyanate hardener.
3. How do you apply 2K acrylic lacquer?
Stir well before mixing the required amount. Then, apply one coat and wait up to 24 hours for it to dry before applying a second coat and waiting another 24 hours.
4. How many coats of 2K acrylic lacquer should I use?
Some surfaces and materials only require one coat, however we recommend using two to three. This ensures a long-lasting product with maximum durability.
